Before joining Quantifeed as Head of Client Success & Customer Experience, I led product management for several HSBC digital platforms, including their flagship retail banking app in Hong Kong. I was also leading the Digital Centre of Excellence at AXA in Asia, where I helped launch the company's first blockchain-powered insurance product. As a technically proficient digital consultant with a talent for interpersonal relationships, I excel at bridging customer needs with complex technological solutions. I hold a Master of Business in E-Commerce & a Bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing.
